Reiki Level 1

REIKI COURSE, BY MASTER STEFANO

The way to activate Reiki in your hands is through a process of attunement, which is carried out by a Reiki Master.

​

First Degree is taught as one day or two days course and is structured to teach you how to treat yourself as well as another with the Reiki energy.

Reiki Level 1 course. POSSIBLE NEXT COURSE MAY 2024

The course will take place once at least 4 students commit to the course.

Class max size 10 - 14 students.

The possible location is at Light Center, in Monument, London.

 

Pricing is based on the number of students, minimum 4 and max 10. 

4 students = £150 each

5 students = £130 each

6 students = £117 each

7 students = £107 each

8 students = £100 each

9 students = £94 each

10+ students = £90 each

 

The course will be confirmed once I have 4 students fully committed and receive a £40 deposit payment.

This course will enable you to use Reiki for self-care and for friends and family care. You will receive an authentic Reiki Level 1 attunement, which is the ceremony to align you to the universal Reiki energy. The attunement process helps your body-mind begin clearing dissonant personal energy so you are a clear channel to receive and be a conduit for Reiki. This ceremony is set for the highest good of the student and is intended to strengthen the connection between the student and Reiki energy.

- What and where the chakras are, what they are linked to, and how to work with them 

- The 5 Reiki principals 

- Brief anatomy for Reiki 

- Attunement, what it is, preparation to receive the attunement 

- Different types of applications that Reiki can have- Receive your first attunement! ​ 

 

In the second part of the day (practical): 

Performing self-Reiki 

- Benefits of Daily Self-Treatments 

- How to Perform Self-Treatments 

- Self-Treatment Hand Positions 

- Performing Reiki on Yourself Consistently Performing Reiki with others​ 

- Preparing for a Session 

- Setting your Intention 

- Working with the Aura 

- Considerations When Working with Others 

- Beginning The Reiki Session 

- Full Body Hand Positions 

- Closing the Session 

- Short Reiki Session 

- Enjoy giving a session to each other! ​ 

 

The course includes: 

- 1 full day of tuition- Extensive course manual- Reiki Level 1 certificate
