I did a remote reiki session via Zoom with Stefano and I can honestly say the healing was absolutely amazing. Within a minute, I drifted off into a peaceful state of bliss. A few private yoga sessions with Stefano have taught me more than months of group studio classes. He's a very skilled and attentive teacher, and always adapts the sequences to my goals and abilities.
Also, ending the practice with a guided meditation within the comfort of my own home is the most relaxing experience.

My session with Stefano was amazing! Going into it, this was my first experience with Reiki and I kept a very open mind. He took his time and answered all my questions and focused on a few areas based on the crystal and chakra quizzes. I felt an overall balanced feeling afterwards and am going to definitely book again, highly recommend!

I am an adherent of reiki but was rather sceptical of remote reiki, having never tried it before. With my energy tied in knots after a particularly stressful lock down, with no opportunity for rebalancing massage or hot yoga which always helped. Stefano unlocked something, that felt great. I feel re-centred to the energy around me. Thank you Stefano. What ever you did, please keep doing it.

Stefano is such an amazing person and make you feel very comfortable, he can spend a lot of time just talking and listen to you but after he does more...my first experience using reiki was relaxing and peaceful (his studio is amazing you can feel all the good energy into there )I could feel all the energy flow in my body , after that stefano asked to me how I felt and I said that I was good but still with my thoughts and he said wait and you will feel all the benefits after that we talk again and when we finished I was going home and I felt very strange I felt that all my thoughts were disappear my mind was so light and I didn’t stop to make positive thoughts and smile and smile ,everything around me was disappeared there was just me and me , the most beautiful experience in my life with my life and I will tell you more it was more that one month that I was trying to find a house and none answered me the same day someone answered and I was what this is the energy of my vibrations and there is more I lost a parcel and it was 2 weeks that I didn’t have news about it but when I came at home that day I don’t know how but that parcel was there and I still don’t know how but my mind flew on a high frequency that day , so guys stefano is amazing as person and for the things that he does even if he is just energy channel , his energy you can feel it and it’s amazing...I did yoga courses and mediation as well it was amazing too I did position that I didn’t images to do and there it was very relaxing I advice stefano 100000%
